Normally to view satellite or normal maps on google earth u should have an internet connection. But there are some ways to use google earth in computers that haven't internet connection too.But this method will only work perfect with Windows vista and Windows seven. This will not work 100% with Windows Xp.The special of this method is u can put every thing to a flash drive that u do with google earth using internet and u can see that in any computer that haven't internet connection......
1# First u have to download online google earth and install it
2# Then u have to download setup file of the offline google earth
3# Now put that offline google setup file in to a flash drive
4# Open online google earth from a computer that have internet connection
( By opening google it will create a Cache file called dbCache.dat )
5# dbCache.dat file is located in Local Setting But this file should be hidden to show it u have to go
Tools --- Folder Option --- View --- Advance settings --- select "Show hidden files and folder" and deselect "Hide protected operating system files ( Recommended )"
6# The Go to
C: Documents and Settings --- User Name --- Local Settings --- Application Data
--- Google Earth
In Windows 7
C: --- Users --- user name --- AppData --- LacalLow --- Google --- Google Earth
7# And Copy the file dbCache.dat file into ur Flash Drive
8# Then install the offline google earth setup into the compter that doesn't have Internet connection
9# Now Goto
C: Documents and Settings --- User Name --- Local Settings --- Application Data
--- Google Earth
In Windows 7
C: --- Users --- User Name --- AppData --- LacalLow --- Google --- Google Earth
10# And paste the dbCache.dat file from the fash drive
11# Now u have to change the setting in the Registry To do it go to run and type "Regedit" and follow this path
HKEY_CURRENT_USER --- SOFTWARE --- Google --- Google Earth Plus
And set the "key" value to "000000000000" Then set the "VID" Value to "AAAADTQuMi4wMjA1LjU3MzA=" with no space now exit from regedit
12# All done now u can use google earth without any problem even if u haven't internet connection
